an exciting project to transform an unused basement space into a luxurious, functional area. by partially excavating and expanding the space, we created a stunning 100m² multi-purpose living area with a lounge and TV room, bedroom, bathroom, gym, steam room and games area. To elevate the ambiance, we incorporated a unique sky-effect ceiling detail, paired with hidden LED lighting along the ceiling edges, creating a sophisticated space.

in this project, we transformed a cramped and divided kitchen area into a spacious, modern living kitchen space. The original layout included a walled pantry and utility room, and a small kitchen with a half-glazed back door, making the space feel cramped, disjointed and restrictive.
we removed the pantry, utility room walls, and the existing kitchen to create one large, open-plan area. a sleek, modern kitchen was installed, complete with a spacious layout to enhance functionality and style. the entire back wall was opened up, and a stunning bi-folding door system was installed to flood the space with natural light. hidden LED lights were added to ceiling reveals, along with additional cabinet lighting and stylish pendant lighting over the kitchen island for a warm and inviting ambiance.
